How to Return an Item

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without a tracking number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the issue.
