2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through the website.
Contracts concluded through the website are governed by:

The use of discount codes is subject to the following conditions:

11. Right of Withdrawal
If the buyer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date, without providing any reason.

The customer must return the product within 14 days from the withdrawal notice.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods.
The product must be returned:

12. Legal Warranty
All products sold are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided under the Consumer Code.
In case of lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to:

13. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for damages resulting from:

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Sales contracts are governed by Italian law.
For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile.
For professionals or businesses, the competent court is the Court of Rimini.

16. Improper Use of the Service
The Seller reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders if it believes, at its sole discretion, that they are placed for speculative, fraudulent purposes or otherwise violate these Terms and Conditions.
The Seller also reserves the right to limit or suspend access to the website or the ability to place orders for users who misuse the service, including cases of abuse of return policies or conduct that may harm the Seller or other users.
17. Pricing or Description Errors
The Seller strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the website. However, errors related to prices, descriptions, or product availability may occur.
If a clear error in the price or product information is identified, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order even after confirmation, promptly informing the customer and issuing a refund for any amount already paid.
18. Delivery Delays
The Seller shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, force majeure events, or circumstances that could not reasonably be foreseen at the time the order was placed.
Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to claim compensation or cancel the order, except as provided by applicable law.
